Winning more and more in popularity, Cardio Plein Air is proud to innovate once again by allowing you to experience the brand new Winter Cardio-Snowshoe program.

Each Cardio-Snowshoe workout is a 60-minute interval training that combines cardiovascular and muscular exercises. This program is ideal for diversifying your training and enjoying an efficient session that unites the pleasures of winter with the benefits of a structured, supervised coaching.

How does it work?

Composed of a structured interval training, the program includes a warm-up, a period of cardiovascular exercise and strength training with resistance band. A stretching period ends each training.

Effort and pleasure will be definitely at the top of the list in this new program allowing you to get off the usual trails and enjoy the beautiful snow!

It is important to know that if there is not enough snow in the snowshoe paths, we will do the Cardio-Musculation program.
