The Perfect Way to Take Advantage of Winter

Winning more and more in popularity, Cardio Plein Air is proud to innovate once again by allowing you to experience the brand new Cardio-Raquette program.

Each Cardio-Raquette workout is a 60-minute interval training that combines cardiovascular and muscular exercises. This program is ideal for diversifying your training and enjoying an effective session that reunites the pleasures of winter as well as the benefits of structured, supervised coaching.

This program is only offered in the winter.

How does it work?

Composed of a structured interval training, the program includes a warm-up, a period of cardiovascular exercise and strength training with an elastic band. Each workout ends with a stretching period.

It is important to know that if there is not enough snow in the snowshoe tracks, we will do the Cardio-Musculation program.
