What is it?

Plein Air Tonus is a complete weight training program focusing on the improvement of endurance and toning of all muscle groups, thereby making everyday tasks easier.

This program is not offered in the winter.

How does it work?

Most of the session is devoted to strength training exercises for all muscle groups and ends with a short period of stretching and relaxation. The objective is to achieve better muscle endurance while toning the entire body. With cardiovascular exercises not being part of the workout session, Plein Air Tonus excellently complements the Cardio-Express program.
